Items such as fire bricks, fire grates and more fragile items like glass etc will be sent in a protective box using a courier service.  Spare Parts sent via our courier service, Parcelforce are packaged using protective bubble wrap packaging to help protect your spare parts order during transit.

We ship all orders on 24hr, next day service from the date of collection. Please note, that depending on the time we receive your order, it may be despatched but not collected until the following day. You will be notified of when your order has been completed by our warehouse team and is awaiting collection from Parcelforce. You can track your parcel within a few hours.

Please note that deliveries with Parcelforce normally require a signature on delivery.

Stovax Deliveries to Ireland

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship Stovax spare parts to The Republic of Ireland. We are working on a solution that will allow us to offer this service in the future. All other spare parts can be shipped as normal
